XFX AMD Radeon HD 6770 Temps Too High ?

I am a little confuse on what temps are idel for graphic card. At idle GPU-Z shows my GPU Temp between 57c - 59c. While under load I can temps from 82c - 87c.

I am wondering if these temps are ok or should i be worry about them being so high.

Perhaps get a different case with better air flow? Or manually turning the fan speed up.
