Use of HP Laser Jet 4Plus printer

There are 3 users on a computer with Windows XP Pro. For
one user, the old workhorse HP Laser Jet 4PLus printer
does not automatically print each pages. Rather an error
message appears; to print, one must press shift and
continue and manually print each page. The printer works
well for the other users.

It was suggested that there is a software conflict and I
should delete this user and then recreate the user. Any
other suggestions to fix this annoying problem? Thank
