whats the best graphics and pcu for 200$?

hi all
i'm looking for the best bang for my buck. my son does a bit of computer gaming and for his 15th birthday day i would like to fix and upgrade his hp computer we got him 3 years ago right now. the graphic card fan stopped working. most of the cards i looked at needed a better wattage. so if i need a new pcu inculde that in the price. i can spend around 200$. any website is fine.

Is that an HP PC?

^Agreed, I'm a big fan of the 7770's (I run that same GPU, got it for $105), that PSU is way more power than you'd need, but for PSU's espically you want to buy more than you need for later upgrades.
