So I posted one of these a little bit ago, but my time frame and budget changed a little. I also came to the realization that I'm kind of struggling as far as the motherboard goes, so I'd really appreciate some help on that part. I'm looking for the best value for money from all my components, and I'm not really sure how to go about getting that from the MB.

Basic things I want from the machine: Edit photos with Lightroom 4 or Photoshop Elements 10 while streaming music from Google Music or 8tracks.com. Play Team Fortress 2 (pretty easy, but I want it to run like butta). Watch sports on WatchESPN. Play Starcraft II or some of the newer Assassin's Creed games. I'd also love it if I could do all this on a dual monitor setup.

Approximate Purchase Date: Early - Mid January
Budget Range: around 750
System Usage from Most to Least Important: Editing photos with Lightroom while streaming music, casual gaming, watching sports online
Are you buying a monitor: No
Parts to Upgrade: Everything - completely new build
Do you need to buy OS: Probably - not sure if I want Win8 or not yet
Preferred Website(s) for Parts: I usually get stuff from newegg.com, but I'm open to shopping at others
Location: Nothern VA - have a MicroCenter nearby so those will probably be the best in store deals
Parts Preferences: These are preferences, but I'm open to suggestions.
Intel CPU - this one is a definite
Antec case, Corsair memory, Seagate HDDs, Corsair PSUs
Overclocking: Not right now, but Maybe in the future to extend the life of the system
SLI or Crossfire: No
Your Monitor Resolution: My main monitor is 1920x1080. I also have one a friend gave me that I'd be interested in trying to use in a dual monitor setup.
Additional Comments: Don't need bling or anything. Just want it to be reliable and to last me for a number of years.

I'll be using Lightroom 4 to edit photos and I'll do a little casual gaming. Games I play are Team Fortress 2, Starcraft 2, and I'd like to play some of the newer Assassin's Creed games.

And Most Importantly, Why Are You Upgrading: Current system is getting long in the tooth. Can't run Lightroom and stream music at the same time like I want. Also can't play some of the newer games I want to be able to play.

Parts I've picked so far. I'm not totally wedded to these, and as I stated above I'd really appreciate some guidance on selecting a motherboard.
