The ram is completely not important. What games and how much do you want to spend? for a 250w I would be hesitant using anything above a 5450 which uses about 10-20w iirc.

2gb of ram on a 610 is about as useful as an ashtray on a motorcycle anyways. It would literally run away if it saw 2 gigs worth of textures coming towards it :p
