Hello, I recently got Borderlands 2 for my PC. Yesterday when I first started playing everything was fine and dandy. When I woke up this morning and decided to play some more I noticed that my Borderlands 2 was slightly laggy and failed to load at times. After 30 minutes or so of play my entire computer would freeze up and my monitor would look something like the image below. I couldn't alt tab, Alt F4 or even use my keyboard. I had to do a hard reboot. I thought it might be the drivers so I did an update on my Radeon drivers, DirectX, and .Net. After twenty minutes of play the same thing happens. It can't be my BIOS because I'm on the latest driver. There is one other update you can download but I don't want to use it since it is currently in Beta. I've tried everything I can and still no avail. It can't be my GPU because I can run Planetside 2, Hawken, Battlefield 3 or DoTA 2 just fine with no problems at all for hours. Any thoughts/suggestions? I'd rather stay away from a Windows re install because I lost the CD key and don't have the money right now to purchase a new one.

Not my monitor just something I found that can help visualize the problem.

If you really lost your Windows Key then you can use this http://www.magicaljellybean.com/keyfinder/ to recover it that way if you need to reinstall you will be able to.

As for Borderlands 2 have you tried verifying the games cache? If all else fails you might try uninstalling the game and then reinstall it as it could have got corrupt some how.
