How to connect 2 buildings with wireless o wired

everyone...
how can i connect 2 buildings which are seperated by 300 ft. server is in buliding A.. n i have 16 users in building B who require bandwidth is high such that 1GB video file can be downloaded in less than 1 hour time...which components can be used and what should be the bandwidth that should be taken from ISP...

you might be able to use a wired network connection which would be preferred

the type of internet connection you are looking for would require about 2.5Mb/s per video

i guess i should take twisted pair cable right??? based on what should we have to make calculation to get speed from isp??
