HD 7950-OC 950MHZ Black/Striped Screen
I just got my new gaming pc, ordered by parts:

I7-3770k@4.2Ghz
Antec Kuhler H2O 620
Sapphire 7950 OC 950Mhz
Samsung S24B350H
G-Skill Ripjaws X 2133 Mhz
Asus P8Z77-M Pro
Nox Hummer 650W
And my WD/Maxtor old HDD

- The BIG PROBLEM is that when i was playing at ultra setting Borderlands 2(90-130fps) i got a black/blue striped screen, couldnt do nothing, had to reboot the pc, in League of legends(350-420fps) i got a screen - reboot - entered the game, after 3 sec striped screen again. I have no flickering, I had installed Catalyst 12.8, i uninstalled with driversweeper, and installed 12.9 Beta.

- I installed Heaven Benchmark and ran Direct x9, at 1920x1080, and at stage 26 i got:

To check for problems get furmark for your gpu as well, it is more taxing and will let tyou work faster. Then get memtest for ram. Get prime95 and intel burn test to test cpu. That will check for internal problems, but it might be a display problem. Try using a different display port. That will check if whatever display connection you are using is broken. Make sure all components are seated well.

I have a 7950 with Weird issues as well. I have screen tears but only rarely and only when browseing the web. I have dug deep in many forums and it seems 12.8 is the cause. I am going to try 12.6 and see what happens.

What now? should i reinstall windows to see if i made an error?

Get memtest. Also prime95 you are supposed to run multiple hours. If you want to test cpu fast get intel burn test and run it for 5 runs. for max stability test 10+. Reinstalling windows might work.
