3 monitor setup

Hello everyone,
I am getting 670 gtx's in 2 way sli and need to find some cheap monitors for a 3 monitor setup.
My price range for all 3 monitors together is around 300-500 dollars.
I would like the screens to be at least 1080 (the more the merrier though![;)]( ";)")
).
For the size of the screen I want something thats around 20-23 inches.
Lastly thanks to everyone in this community who take the time to help us noobs find the best hardware possible!![:)]( ":)")

I'd guess you'd want at least 23", as 3x20" seems low but wide.
