Why does my pc keep waking up out of sleep mode?

Its a new build with an i7 3770k and gigabyte mobo running windows 8. I'm not sure why it does this, but I'm thinking maybe its a bluetooth device trying to connect with my computer. Is there a setting I'm suppose change so blue tooth devices can't connect to my computer? Or is something else all together?
