I think this is all pretty good for what I want. I'm sort of new to PC building so I'd like an opinion or two on my build before I hand out the money it's going to cost me. I'm intending to play games like Skyrim, Borderlands 2, Far Cry 3, CS:GO, Cod 4 and AC3 on my 1600x1200 monitor. Total Cost: $489.92, $424.92

I have a copy of Windows XP Pro 64x to add on this. In the future I plan to upgrade RAM and add another GPU if necessary. Tell me what you think!

The GTX 650 is not that good. The Radeon 7770 is far better for the exact same money. And I'd pay a bit more and get 8GB of RAM, otherwise that's not a bad build at all for the money.

Okay. How does the Asus Nvidia GTX 550 ti compete with the 7770? I am limited to 4 Gb Ram because of my operating system. Otherwise, I would definitely have 8 GB.

Stick with the 7770.
