First Gaming PC Rig - Basic Questions and advice

Hey guys, I've been looking into making my own gaming dekstop so that I can finally run some games on high settings. I want to play games like Planetside 2 or Blacklight Retribution on max. I have a couple questions about the rig below:

Are all the parts compatible?
Is it SLI Crossfire ready?
Will it have enough power?
Are there any other parts I should get or change the ones I'm currently thinking about?
Should I add more cooling?
If I already have Windows 8 on a flash drive, can I easily install it onto the HDD.
Do you guys recommend putting the OS on an SSD.
And any other comments or advice will be of great help.
