I have a 6310i supplied by my employers, and when I pair it with my Pocket
PC it immediately says "Disconnected: Pocket_PC"
Then, when I try to dial from my contact list on the Pocket PC using a
bluetooth dialer program, the Nokia asks me if I want to pair with
Pocket_PC, but as soon as I press "Accept", it says "Disconnected:
Pocket_PC" again.
Even if I set Request conn. authorisation to "No" I get the same problem.
Is it a problem with bluetooth on the 6310i, or could it be that my employer
has prevented bluetooth connection from other devices?

what firmware in 6310i? there were problems prior to v5.5 with
bluetooth and you need to pair with the 'PCSuite' connection for data
traffic IIRC.
The connection is not held open but is remade when the program on the
PPC requires it. If all you want to do is call from your contacts list
on the PPC then why not just sync the 6310i to the same PC as the PPC
and the contacts will all be in the phone where you can group
according to work, friends etc.
