Recommend 2 GFX Cards for 2 Systems, Please?

System 1:

i5 3570k
16GB RAM
650W PSU (x650 Seasonic) 54A on 12V rail

Resolution: (1366x768)

Max or near max on all current games, no more than $200.

NOTE: I use After Effects, Photoshop, Illustator, and Cinema 4D as well.

System 2:

Athlon single core 2.4 GHz
2GB RAM
210W garbage PSU 16A on 12V rail

Resolution: (1366x768)

Lowest details, lowest resolution. Doesn't matter what settings. Just wants it to be playing 15+ FPS?

P.S. System 2 is junk I know, but he has to work with what he has, an recommends?

for system 1 i would go for a amd 7850, and for system 2 the most you could probly handle is a 7750. if you can go over 200 for system 1, it would be worth it to get a gtx 660 or a amd 7870 if you want to max or near max current games, but the 7850 is still a great value

For system 2 i would buy 6670 no point in buying a stronger card but the system seems to be very outdated are you sure it has PCI Express bus
