Guild wars2 FPS drops from 50 to 8

hi i just got this computer like 3 mounts ago and i am getting wired fps drops in GW2 it goes from 50 to 8 and stays there for like 10-15 sec and sometimes it goes even lower. i got no clue what to i try'ed to re install all drivers and windows as well but it keeps doing it

Processor AMD fx(tm-8150 Eight core processor 3.59GHz
graphics card is AMD Readeon HD 6800
Disk drivers are a SSD harddisk 120gb for windows and a Sata disk 2tb for stuff
i got 8 GB ram aswell

i tryed everything i know >_< plz help !

I also have the game and have noticed a large spread in the fps I get (from 24-97).

I will say that its probably because the game is so new. Also, where are these fps drops occuring? Are they in Wvw? PvP? PvE areas w/lots of people and/or spell effects? Sparkfly Fen?

Having said that, I do know my fps is consistent for the type of area I'm playing in. Except for Sparkfly Fen (which is why I mentioned it) - I get dc'ed and lag a lot only on that map.

i get em Ramdom in wvw and on every map. :/ and if i turn all the settings down it stil happens so i dont know whats going on

just tryed to install amd beta drivers and that didnt help ether >_<
