Well your CPU is good, the motherboard is decent, you probably could get a 500GB hard drive for some extra cash, I really wouldn't bother with that GPU because I think the integrated graphics in your i3 are better so save your cash on that, 4GB Crucial RAM is good so invest in Crucial, theres no onboard wifi on that Asrock motherboard so you're gonna have to get one if you don't wanna use ethernet, and you could probably get a solid 300W Corsair PSU to power this, and a 50$ Cooler Master case to hold it all friend.

The i3 has Intel HD 2500, which is much better than 120. Save some cash, down the road buy a 650. Good for everything and some basic gaming.

I dont play very hardcore games on my computer like Battlefield or Skyrim but i like MMO Games so i think i dont need a really potent Graphic Card or yes?

A 650 isn't very potent, and it's very very affordable. But in that case, the graphics built in the Core i3 maybe enough, so you may not have to buy a graphics card.
