Is this a system worth building?

Hello, so I'm planning on building the ultimate budget desktop but there are some questions I have; particularly the relationship between the GPU and CPU.

Here are all the parts please give some input

AMD FX-6200 Processor

SAPPHIRE AMD Radeon HD 6870 1GB GDDR5 PCIE Graphics Card

MSI 760GM-P34(FX) AM3 AMD 760G Micro ATX AMD Motherboard

G.SKILL Value Series 8GB 240-Pin DDR3

WD Blue 250 GB Desktop Hard Drive

SILVERSTONE ST50F-ES 500W

ASUS 24X DVD Burner

If I go through with this build I'll only have to spend $475

Thanks, the processor is another great upgrade and is still with $5 of the 6300.
What would you take though, a 4300 or a 4170?

The amount of money I'm paying for the GPU is only $120 so I think that a 7850 is out of my price range.

4300 is better than the 4170, so get that.
