Advice on Build

A friend of mine is building a gaming pc but has a small budget of about 650$
Hes set on the i5

so far...

***Graphics Card not sure about best performance for the money** maybe 6850? not sure

comes out to just under 530 without graph card. any suggestions would be cool thanks.
