I am planning on building a system using the Silverstone Milo ML03 case and I want to make sure I am making the right choices as far as the hardware goes. So far I have this:

Case - Silverstone Milo ML03 - 69.99 @CanadaComputers
Processor - i5 3470 - 189.99 @NCIX
Motherboard - MSI H77MA-G43 - 74.99 @CanadaComputers
RAM - Corsair XMS3 Classic 8GB (2x4GB) DDR3 1600MHz - 39.99 @ CanadaComputers
Power Supply - Antec EarthWatts Green EA-380D - 39.99 @ Newegg.ca

I already have a dvd writer and a harddrive from an old build I am planning to re-use. I need to keep the budget at ~$400 and the motherboard must be a microATX to fit in the case.

Thanks in advance!

Good choices. The antec ps is adequate for the Intel onboard video, but you may want to choose one with a little more juice if you ever want to add a video card. Newegg Ca has a corsair model 430w for around $20-25 after rebate if you can order one.
