New Build Opinions/Suggestions

Hello there Tom's Hardware, I'm putting together an AMD build for a friend that's preferably at a $600 budget. I scoured the internet for hours, and this is what I put together. It's slightly over budget; I'm just looking to see if you all have any suggestions on alternate parts that are either cheaper, or better (and opinions of course).

I'd go with the Antec 300 but otherwise the rest of that build looks good, I say go for it.
