Im a noob when it comes to computer engineering, but preferably i'd like nvidia graphics cards as well as Intel processors. I know that finding international shipping will be difficult though.

That System Marathon system is a POS. And they got a lot of negative comments on it. Not to be recommended. Plus OP is in Hong Kong.
