Changing the Graphics on a Gateway DX4860-EF11P

Hi there,

I was just wondering if anybody was familiar with the system, and could help me on choosing a new graphics chip. 2GB would be preferred, and nVidia GeForce is of my liking.

If you need to see the specs of my computer, they're on Google.. I just couldn't seem to get there in time

(DDR3, PCI-E, 16GB RAM, etc.)

Is this for gaming? How much do you want to spend? You will need to also upgrade the psu if you want to get anything higher end. Also more vram does not mean more performance. It really depends on your resolution on how much you need, and also if the card is powerful enough to even utilize it.
