First off you can't use H67 with an i3-3220 as it won't support the CPU out of the box, you will need H77. I think that hard drive is too small. Also that CX430 will struggle with a 7850. What is your budget? I can suggest parts if I knew that.

You can do better than that for $1K. Try this:

Motherboard: ASRock H77 Pro4/MVP ATX LGA1155 Motherboard ($87.55 @ Newegg)
Memory: G.Skill Ares Series 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3-1600 Memory ($37.99 @ Newegg)
Storage: Samsung Spinpoint F3 1TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive ($88.98 @ Newegg)
Video Card: Sapphire Radeon HD 7870 GHz Edition 2GB Video Card ($251.97 @ Newegg)
Case: Corsair 300R ATX Mid Tower Case ($54.99 @ Newegg)

Then add whatever keyboard and mouse you want and you're good to go. Better case, better CPU, better motherboard, larger HD, and better GPU.

So basically once I put this together, I just plug in my OS CD and will be good to go

When you put it together set the primary boot drive as your optical drive so it finds the disc, then once in the install program have Windows automatically format your drive and that's it.
