Radeon 5750 eyefinity not working

Hello,
been trying for about three weeks to no avail, have used all internet answers etc., so coming to the experts. i plug in my graphic card, and have three displays working from it. they all work and display. yet all act as three monitors. i cannot turn them into a single long display. in ccc all i get under desktops and diplays is a grey screen ( i have a picture)
can you help?

How do you have all 3 connected? (HDMI, DVI, DisplayPort)?

What is your GPU, it may not support that many stretched monitors.
