4GB is only needed for SLI in triple monitor configuration. On a single 1080p monitor, 2GB is plenty.

yup denus3...at above mention resolution 2 gb VRAM wiil be more then enough .....and will handle efficiently forthcoming gaming titles as well....no need for 4 gb unless you are using more then 1 monitor....
go for it...
and just a piece of advice don't go with GS series pcu of corsair..Enthusiast series of Corsair is more decent and powerful then GS series...and price is almost same...so go for TX 750 or TX 650 rather going for GS 700......
peace!!!!

i do own corsair TX 650(bought it after very deep research ;)  ) and sapphire 7850 2 gb.....very happy with performance.....

The 4GB cards might be useful with single monitor displays that are around 4MP or more such as 2560x1440 and 2560x1600 in a few games such as BF3 with a GTX 670 and maybe also in Skyrim, but otherwise, it'd probably take modded games that need more performance than a single 670 has to offer to be bottle-necked by 2GB of frame buffer. OP, for you, a 2GB card should not be a problem at all.
