Video Editing Build - Does this look good? $993 with LCD

I just want something basic. If there's a way to make it cheaper - I'll do that too. As cheap as possible.

The editing is going to be 5-15min clips max (no crazy long editing or anything). Current computer works but want something a bit faster (on a pre-built HP w/ i3 4gb of ram)
