We have our bluray player hardwired to our router. We moved the furniture and changed where the tv is in the room. We tried to reconnect and found the player is giving us the error msg: Connection status cannot be confirmed. A network error has ocurred.
Any suggestions on what to do. We restarted the router and the player. Our wi-fi is working in the house. We do NOT have this player on wi-fi though--it is directly wired to the router.
