Strage laptop gpu clocks changes

I currently own a lenovo y580 with a 660m gtx, anyway when playing some games, the gpu clock will jump back and forth from 405 MHz core clock to 135 MHz and it makes my game lag every time it jumps to 135 and back and again. And it does this constantly, how could i fix it to stop it from jumping from 405 MHz? Oh and by the way, the clock when it is plugged in is 835 MHz and also the memory clock jumps with the gpu on battery.

It's strange...

when the GPU loads are high, the clock went down.... interesting..

going to update gpu drivers from 306.23 to 306.97 see if it helps.

Updated gpu drivers, still changes clock to 135 and back to 405, games actually load slower, may go back to 306.23, anyway anyone else have any ideas?
