Missing sum graphics hardware in my pc

hey guys i have a ati radeon 2400 pro graphics card..and my puter crashed....i reinstalled everything back to factory condition and now my games lagg and dont look as good as they use too....what am i mising??any help with this problem would be greatly appreciated...thank you so mmuch

Sounds like you're missing the driver for the graphics card and are running on your motherboard's integrated GPU.
