I attempted to install a DLink 650G wireless PCI card in
our second computer over an older DLink DWL-120 usb device
which was unsuccesful. In troubleshooting with DLink we
discovered two adapters for each device an orginal and
copy in the hardware section of my system folder. I
cannot delete or uninstall any of these adapters even
though I ran the un-instll program for each device
provided by DLink. I have tried to uninstall in both
plain Safe Mode and Safe Mode with Networking with no
sucess and I have logged in as Administrator and Owner on
multiple occasions.

I would appreciate any assistance you can provide since
Microsoft online support has not been responsive.

Thanks,

Bill
