Hey guys! I need a recommendation for my setup please...
Background:
I have an HP xw8600 workstation with a single Nvidia Quatro FX3700 graphics adapter. I use this machine for light 3d modeling but mostly for general business apps. I currently have it connected to two HP LP2465 (24") monitors each running at 1920x1200. Both are connected to the graphics adapter via DVI connections. The motherboard on the xw8600 has 2 PCIe x16 Graphics ports.
On to my issue...
I have acquired a large Samsung TV that I would like to be able to watch movies on, all served from my machine. It has HDMI and VGA inputs and will support up to 1920x1080P.
I don't plan on doing much gaming but would still like for the graphics adapter to perform OK with light 3d modeling. I would prefer it if I only have to buy a single card and preferably less than $300.
Can anyone recommend a card that supports 3 simultaneous connections with the stated ports above please?
Your help is greatly appreciated...
