Holes in video games

I have a radeon hd 4200 graphics card and whenever i play a game there are huge polygon holes in the game everywhere. Before i was able to fix this with a rollback but i uninstalled the card and the problem came back this time however i couldn't rollback the driver. I've looked all over for older drivers but couldn't find any. If anyone can direct me to drivers or some other fix it would be much appreciated

i wouldn't be surprised, as that is a low end, built in video chip. not at all designed for gaming.

have you tried latest drivers from here

yeah i've done that before but the only option is catalyst control center but i still get the holes i need to get older drivers
