Hello, sorry if I came to the wrong place for this.
My computer keeps crashing while running League of Legends, and Minecraft. The screen goes black, but audio (be it music, Skype calls, or the game itself) will continue playing. I do not know why, and i would love some help! I recently put in a new HDD, and installed some new RAM. I researched both topics until i felt comfortable with the decisions. I may have however made some grievous mistake I am unaware of.
My Specs - HP Pavilion a4302f
- Mobo- Pegatron MN278-LA Violet6
- CPU- AMD Athlon II X2 240 2.8ghz
- Ram- Crucial Ballistix PC3-128000 DIMM 1600 (8gigs)
- Graphics Card- ATI Radeon HD 4350
- HDD- Seagate Barracuda 1TB, 64 MB Cache, 7200 RPM
I was looking on this site before I got the RAM and it said that it would essentially "downgrade" itself to my motherboard's speed, but HWinfo says that both sticks are operating at 533.3Mhz individually, while it also says in another area just below that it's at 800Mhz.
I will give any other required info on request. PLEASE HELP!
