Get the Sapphire, that's an excellent pricing.
OR even better -

I don't see a RAM in the build, I take it you already have one?
Also, you can probably save a couple of dollars in the motherboard - get the ASRock z77 Extreme 4 OR Gigabyte GA-Z77X-D3H.
