Best build for 1000$?

I'm on a tight budget of 1k and I want a bad ass gaming pc, I'm new to this stuff so i'm asking for help, also because am not gonna build any other rigs in the near future so I don't want to screw my money.

I want it to be an Intel based system with AMD graphics, so If I could get some suggestions I would be very thankful
