Homebuilt PC crashes after couple of minutes

Hi folks,

I have a homebuilt system on ITX basis:
- MS-Tech MC-80BL with 60W external power supply
- Asus E45M1-DELUXE AMD Hudson M1
- 1 TB SATA harddrive
- 120 GB SSD
- 4 GB Kingston 1333 Mhz DDR3

unfortunately the system crashes a couple of minutes after a cold start (bluescreen with memory dump). After that the system runs stable for days (literally, I tested it) even under high load. It's not the RAM, I exchanged it (I had two bars). I bought the SSD later and reinstalled Windows, so it's not the hard drive nor a software problem. That leaves the mainboard or the power supply. The power supply is mainly an external 60W with some internal parts, see here:

Does it look broken? Do you think 60W are not enough fo the AMD Hudson?
