After you change the PSU, go with the 680, since your mobo already supports it and your CPU is great:

1 * PCI Express (2.0) x16

Meaning that it will work perfectly...

Is that a 2600 non-unlocked with 1333mhz ram? Go with the 670 - if you aren't satisfied adding a second 670 is only $300 more than having one 680 and significantly more powerful. Also it should work on a 750w PSU

It's produced by Nvidia as an incredibly cheap way to make your card look better to the average consumer than the competition even though it is meaningless in the real world. You can't buy them online because people who buy cards independent of the computer generally know what to look for in a card.

You definitely need a new power supply. I would go with a Seasonic 620w modular psu. The best buy is probably the motherboard/670 combo. It will be still be very fast and more affordable. I recommend the ASRock Pro 4 Z77 as its cheap and still a great board.
