I am attempting to build an Ivy Bridge based Quad Core Dekstop in a Mini ITX package for as close to $500 as I can get. I want USB 3 front ports and don't really plan on overclocking. This is what I have so far:

I am worried about the small 200 W power supply being able to power it (no plan on discrete GPU so that should help) and I am already $100 over budget. Any other ideas?

Those changes would end up at the same cost, but now it would be built in HD 2500 instead of HD 4000 graphics and no more front USB 3 ports. The power supply would be way better though...

It's fine for casual use. The CM 120 Elite has the 3.0 ports. Why do you need a quad core Intel? Maybe I could suggest a build more specifically built for your purpose if you could tell me what the computer is for.
