thats the link to the parts I wanted to include in my build. I really want to keep the ssd for the OS and I want that case because I want the build to look aesthetically nice. And I want that i7 for gaming, video editing, and multitasking and its not really $319.99, its $229 at microcenter. Anything I can make this build much cheaper?

edit:
thanks for the replies there great. can i get feedback on my mobo?
