Need a new build for gaming 500-700 dollars

I'm looking for a new build between 500 to 700 dollars. I'm pretty noobish at this so I'm looking for maybe somebody to find me a good build. I don't care about monitor resolution, as long as it's at least 1024x768. I'm looking for a build that is purely for gaming that could run games like Battlefield 3 or Planetside 2 on max settings. with at least 30 fps. Any help is appreciated.

Only thing I would change would get a Radeon 7850 2gb. Get more AA out of it and its not that much more than the 1gb version.
