Hi, my laptop windows home vista cannot shut down properly and when I open my window it show please wait, then welcome and then it keep running logging off .I cannot open my window. And put off my laptop and start again I can open my laptop with safe mode with networking, but if I shutdown It happen same condition. Its show also shutting down not properly and window did not responds.
So, how can I solves this problem and I do have you help me .
