What is the difference between EVGA GTX 680 SC and EVGA GTX 680 SC Signature 2? Does 2 fans make better cooling?

The cooling performance is better, the air will flow more easily, also 2 coolers will make the final result more silent, over a single cooler at very high speed.

You will probably run the GPU quieter and colder with Signature 2 edition.

2 fans will keep the card cooler just make sure you have good airflow in the case because there is more exhaust pushed into the case with the signature 2 where the reference cards exhaust out the back of the case.
