New AMD Trinity Build Problems

Hi,
I recently obtained the parts for a new AMD computer. I assembled them all and I am having problems. The LED will light up when I hit the power button but the CPU fan will not turn and it will not display anything. My parts are...

AMD Trinity A10-580K
ASRock FM2A85X Extreme4-M
Kingston HyperX KHX24C11T2K2/8X 8GB 2400 (2x4GB)
Inland ATX ILS-600R2 600W PSU
DVD-RW (not hooked up yet)
80GB SSD(Also not hooked up yet)


As of now I am just trying to get the display to work and the Bios to launch. Please help.

Sounds like a bad PSU or shorted out motherboard. Did you put standoffs on motherboard tray before screwing the motherboard on?
Also, did you plug in the 8-pin CPU power connector to the motherboard?

The 8-pin CPU power is plugged in and I have the standoffs in the right places.

I figured it out I found a youtube video showing how to test a PSU for being bad and it failed so I am going to have to get a new PSU.
