That's a good build indeed.
You'll want an aftermarket cooler for overclocking though, Coolermaster Hyper 212 EVO at the very least or Noctua NH-D14/Corsair H100i if you want to spend some more money for better cooling performance.

im not going to be overclocking at first, i plan on starting to overclock a few months in so the stock heatsink should be fine for now, right?
