Westell 7500 Not Connecting to Windows XP Computer

I had to upgrade my 2Wire router for ATT because it kept shutting down by itself. I received a Westell 7500 today and sucessfully added my laptop, two iPhones and XBOX onto the network. Laptop was hooked through ethernet cord for original setup, but then sucessfully connected to wifi. XBOX is hardwired in with port forwarding and open NAT.

I have a desktop in another room that I would like to connect to Westell's network, but cannot get it to work. It used to connect to the 2Wire wirelessly, but will not connect to the Westell. It runs Windows XP. Trying to get an answer here, before I call ATT.

It recognizes the wireless network, but will not connect.

EDIT--- It is actually not a desktop. It is a laptop on a docking station (for my daughter to play games on). I also took the laptop off the docking station to hardwire the ethernet cable in and it did not recognize it was connected to the internet.
