Cpu fan question

Hello i recently did my first time build and i am worried about one thing. My cpu fan doesnt start right when i power the computer on. All the case fans go but the CPU fan just does a little half spin then after a second starts up. Should i be worried at all??

You should be worried if your temps are bad. Download prime95 and hwmonitor to see what your temps are under full load. Run prime95 stress test and hwmonitor If your temps are around 70c or under you're ok.

well strife the problem is that it only happens right as the system boots up.... then it runs fine. all other fans work right as the power button is pressed. i even tested a different cpu fan a coolermaster to be specific, but i dont want to install that one because i dont have the thermal paste and it has remnants of when the paste was first applied.
