change the motherboard, and if you dont plan on OCing get a non-k processor and if also you have no plans on CF or SLI get an M motherboard will save you much money for other PC parts.

I would go with this build:

There is no point in getting an unlocked cpu if your not gonna overclock, + the motherboard is B75(UN-Overclock-able)

Also if you like Nvidia you can stick with the GTX660 but the 7870 is generally faster.

See, this is where I need help. I want to oc my cpu but had no clue the mb was unclockable. I have been researching this stuff for a couple weeks but have yet to understand it fully. I want a system that will blow any game out of the water, and last for awhile and can be easily upgraded as games become more sophisticated.

+1 to that :)

This will do for the motherboard and im not sure if this will exceed your price at $700. as you said you have plans on OCing. has great features and if you'll ever had plans in CF and SLI in the future you'll be able to do so at x8/x8

It will push me over to almost $800. Honestly I'm not an extreme gamer. I just want a computer that I don't have to worry about it not being able to play the latest game. I want a computer that can play game on ultra and last. I want it to be able to be upgradable so I can stay continue to play game on ultra for years to come. If I don't have to spend 700-800 then I don't want to.

I don't want to build a $700-$800 computer and only use $600 of it's potential. I'm afraid I will spend too much money for what I want. But then again is the extra $200 making it more future proof. Also, I went with Intel because it is better than AMD. But Intel is crazy expensive. I don't want to spend most of my money on a awesome cpu and cheap out on the other parts where I could build a far less expensive AMD based rig with all quality parts and it run faster.
