My Father is in need of a new computer and being the great son i am i am planning on building him on.

If you find something that needs to be changed could you please try and find it from the site which all the other components are from, its preferable but if you can't find it on the site just give me a link.

o.k. so there no need for the aftermarket closed loop your cpu cannot be overclocked the 750W power supply is way overkill the video card is very weak i suggest a 7850

most of a computer fan noise is not from the cpu fan but from the case fans. i would use low noise fans or a fan controler and a case that has no led fans. if your dad wanted case to glow green there are vendors on ebay that make led that are wired for 12v computer plugs or there are newer case modes that use led strip lights and a controler. the sealed h2o units if the pump fails..the cpu going to over heat. myself i still like the old large metal heat sinks. if you can toss in a ssd as the boot drive and the 2g drive use it as the data drive. if the system not goingto be used for hard core gaming you can also drop the cpu down to an i3.

Ill get the OCZ fatal1ty series, I think that's best value for money out of all the others and ill also get a good little air cooler instead of that closed loop.
