Video card test can't be run, why?

i am using a dell laptop n4030 with a i5 processor , but the problem i am facing is i cannot play any video games , then i have checked with the directx diagnostic tool, there the directdraw accelartor , direct 3d accelarator, agp texture is shown not available . i have checked for other laptops they have the result as ENABLED instead of NOT AVIALABLE for the above three . i've downloaded the latest driver (which i am not sure whether it is suitable driver) and installed for which the problem was not solved

That suggests you may not have downloaded it from Dell's website, in which case it may well be the wrong one.
Did you check for driver errors in Device Manager? (chances are there'll be at least one).

Drivers for Dell laptops should only be sourced from the appropriate regional Dell website:

thanks phill, i got my windows updated that's it everything is fine. i can now play games. thanks once again
