Need help!!! Making gaming computer.

Hi, folks!

I have decided to make a gaming pc. My budget is 500-800$(cause I need to pay taxes). So i have found these parts for my pc. I would like t know:
~If they are going to run together?
~Will it be able to run games like BF2, MW2 at least on medium settings?
~What could I change in this build to make it better?
~Will it be quiet?(cause my pc is noisy and i really cant work near it more then 2)
